You can sign up by clicking the 'Sign Up' button at the top right. Our streamlined process takes less than 5 minutes to complete.Â
There are two ways to use Find My Donor:
DIY Path – Recipients and donors connect directly, manage their own match, and decide everything themselves (screening, vetting, preferences, level of contact, and what information they share). We can step in at any stage if asked — for example, to run tests, handle clinic coordination, or take over the process once a match is made.
Managed Path – This includes our MatchMe and Concierge services. In these options, our team handles everything: donor sourcing, safeguarding, screening, and ensuring all processes meet national regulations (e.g. in the UK, no donor photos or identifying information can be shared).

MatchMe is our personalised donor search — we actively find, recruit, and screen donors for you, including advertising if required.
Concierge is our clinic coordination service. It can be added onto DIY or MatchMe. We liaise with clinics on your behalf, arrange blood tests and screenings, support donors with paperwork, and even manage shipping for cross-border donation.
As a recipient using DIY, you’re responsible for finding and vetting your donor, deciding how and where donation happens, and handling screening or legal steps. You also decide whether you and the donor want to remain anonymous or known to each other.
Yes. Even if you start DIY, we can step in at any point — for example, to run medical tests, support legal paperwork, or coordinate with a clinic once you’ve already found your donor.
Not in the same way, however you can be as involved as you choose. With MatchMe, our specialists do all the searching, sourcing, and screening for you. You’ll be presented with options and guided through every step.
Concierge is for those who want us to manage clinic coordination. We act on your behalf, arranging appointments, ensuring donors complete forms and screening, liaising with clinics, and even organising shipping of samples across borders.

No — only recipients choose these services. Donors decide what type of donation they’re comfortable with when they create their profile (e.g. private vs clinic, known vs anonymous, level of contact).
DIY donors are responsible for agreeing terms directly with recipients — including how donation takes place, how much contact there is, and what information is shared. Screening, legal paperwork, and clinic involvement are also decided between you and the recipient unless you both ask us to step in.
You can join our Private Donor Bank. In this option, your details are not searchable or visible. Our team will only contact you if a recipient’s needs match your profile, and we’ll handle everything else.

Yes. We work only with clinics and services that follow national laws and ethical standards (e.g. HFEA in the UK). Regulations differ by country, so we always ensure compliance wherever you are.
Yes. We can arrange shipping of samples and coordinate with clinics internationally, always in line with local laws.
Privacy is at the core of our platform. For DIY matches, recipients can search for donors, but they cannot contact them directly. Instead, a request comes to our team first. We then reach out to the donor to confirm if they are happy to connect. Only if the donor agrees do we open the secure chat feature between the two parties. This ensures donors stay in control and that no unwanted contact takes place.

We take data protection seriously. Find My Donor is fully compliant with GDPR and other relevant privacy laws, ensuring that both donors and recipients are protected.
All personal information is stored securely and never shared without consent.
Donors control what information is visible on their profiles.
Recipient details are only shared with a donor once both sides agree to connect — and even then, it happens through our secure system.
All data is encrypted and managed in line with strict regulatory standards.
